Appointment Deposit and
Cancellation Policy
1. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Deposits:
• Certain appointments require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Deposit Usage:
* If a treatment or service is performed on the day of the consultation, the deposit can be applied towards the invoice for the treatment.
* If no treatment is performed on the day of the consultation, the deposit serves as the consultation fee.
3. Rescheduling:
* If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit can be moved once to the next appointment.
* If you reschedule and do not show up for the rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited regardless of the notification time.
4. Late Cancellation or Appointment Changes:
* Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a $100 charge.
* Members are allowed one late cancellation or change without charge. Any subsequent late cancellations or changes will incur the $100 fee.
5. 15-Minute Late Policy:
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a $100 charge and may require rescheduling.
6. Same-Day Appointment Changes:
• Changes to the type of appointment on the day of the appointment will only be accommodated if it does not disrupt our schedule. If it does, a $100 fee will apply.
7. No-Call, No-Show Policy:
* If you do not call to cancel and do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a $100 no-show fee will be charged.
